At Colony29 in Palm Springs, actress Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli, writer of Orange Is the New Black, exchanged vows in a circular ceremony. The mission was unique in that it sought to unite all guests through love. “Our ceremony was in the round— in a spiral—so when we walked the aisle, we were able to walk past every single guest,” Wiley told the magazine. “And I don’t even think we knew at the time that it was going to be that wonderful.” That wasn’t the only memorable aspect of the day. “One of the most unique things about our wedding was that we didn’t process down a traditional aisle,” she said. “We processed in together holding hands.”
